Gentle breeze blows overnight from land to sea throughout this 8,000 sq ft home in the private community of Lagos del Mar. This house has infinite open spaces, all around, you will find gardens, water and the most lively vegetation.

Enjoy the view of the golf course from the heated pool or relax in the living room area watching the fish in the pond along with the Banderas Bay in the background.

Master Bedroom

The open, yet intimate master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, A/C and massive bath with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.

Second Master

King size bed, full bath, TV, A/C and the view of one of Jack Nicklaus’s Golf Courses.

Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4

2 Double Beds, full bath, TV, A/C view of the beautiful garden on one side, and the calming pond on the other, these are 2 identical bedrooms.

Extra Bedroom

This spacious extra bedroom is on the lower level of the house, it has 2 single beds, TV, A/C, TV and full bath.

TV Room

As a plus to this house, sit down with family and friends to watch a late night movie on the 70″ TV .

House Staff:

• Irma – She will cook the most delicious meals everyday. No you cant take her home with you…
• Lupita – Get up and enjoy your vacation!, Lupita will do the rest. Fresh towels and made beds daily.
• Felix – A total expert in keeping the house in the best shape. He can assist on anything you could need during your stay.
