The living area of the condo is comprised of an enormous great room, chef’s kitchen and huge terrace, all with incredible ocean views. The glass doors slide into the walls, opening up the entire space to the ocean breeze. One of the best features of being in a penthouse (aside from the view) is the soaring cathedral ceilings. They make the space feel even more bright, open, and airy.

When you pass through our gates you will be a part of the Punta Mita community which encompasses private homes and the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts. The private Punta Mita Golf Club is open only to Punta Mita property owners and their guests, and guests of Four Sea­sons and St. Regis Resorts. Play the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bahia and Pacifico par-72 golf course, with 8 ocean-front holes and the famous ‘Tail of the Whale’ 19th hole.
