Greetings from Beautiful Punta Mita! We are very excited for your upcoming stay. We’d like to
make you aware that summer is beautification season. In Hacienda De Mita for example some improvements projects are being conducted this summer, buildings five and six will see new polls as well as other projects throughout the property. Some of this work will cause noise. We wanted to make you aware of this so you are not surprised upon your arrival. The property is still beautiful with the private beach club available. You also have access to all the beach clubs throughout Punta Mita which are not experiencing upgrades at this time. We hope you choose to still visit our beautiful property, we are sure you will have a wonderful time.

Our home has been designed to give our guests the most relaxing, easy and private experience possible. From the moment you book with us, our concierge will take care of all your vacation needs. We can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport and make sure the kitchen and bar are stocked with all your favorites before you arrive. Dinner reservations, surfing, sailing, zip lining, yoga, spa services, stand-up paddle boarding, private chef – we can suggest the best Punta Mita has to offer and make your reservations. We also provide complimentary daily maid service to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Penthouse 6-1 offers 3 master suites. Each suite has its own marble bath, luxury Egyptian cotton linens, and fluffy down comforters and pillows. The fourth bedroom is a ‘bunk room’ which is perfect for kids or staff traveling with your family. This room boasts cozy built-in bunk beds, again with Egyptian cotton linens and down pillows and comforters, and a private bath.
The living area of the condo is comprised of an enormous great room, chef’s kitchen and huge terrace, all with incredible ocean views. The glass doors slide into the walls, opening up the entire space to the ocean breeze. One of the best features of being in a penthouse (aside from the view) are the soaring cathedral ceilings. They make the space feel even more bright, open and airy. Our kitchen is a dream come true for any cook. Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Maytag appliances, paired with restaurant-quality pots and pans, and Mexican pottery make cooking in this kitchen fun. In an effort to eliminate plastic water bottles, we have installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. Clean, fresh drinking water is always available from a dedicated tap on the sink.
Most of our furniture was custom-made locally by artisans, especially for this condo. Anything not custom-made is a unique antique sourced by our decorator. We used lots of locally grown parota wood, cotton, wicker, and metal to give a natural, relaxed vibe to our home. Step inside and instantly breathe a sigh of relief – you’re on vacation.
The priÂvate Punta Mita Golf Club is open only to Punta Mita propÂerty ownÂers and their guests, and guests of Four SeaÂsons and St. Regis Resorts. Play the Jack Nicklaus designed Bahia and Pacifico par-72 golf course, with 8 ocean-front holes and famous ‘Tail of the Whale’ 19th hole. Within Punta Mita you will have access to world-class tennis at the Four Seasons’ managed Punta Mita Tennis Center. They have everything you need to play, including rackets and shoes. If that isn’t enough exercise for you, head over to the Fitness Center for a workout.
You will love the variety in Beach Clubs you have to choose from. We hold the highest Membership Premier Golf. This gets you access to the exclusive Kupuri Beach Club and Sufi Beach Club, as well as the Pacifico Beach Club. Each club has its own personality and charm. You will enjoy all the pampering you can handle. Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the ocean-front restaurants or they can bring you drinks on the beach! Kupuri and Pacifico have kids’ areas with separate pools, park, and an activities supervisor. Dedicated water-sports coordinators can get you anything you need for a day in the ocean. The St. Regis welcomes Punta Mita owners and guests to their gorgeous beach club, restaurants, spa and Kids’ Club. Just tell our concierge and they will make a reservation for you to enjoy the world class resort. Hacienda de Mita has its own private beach club. Here you have full towel service, delicious cocktails made on site (ask for Luis!), and food service. Lastly our building has its own pool right out front.
