About Casa Patri

Casa Patri (Condo HDM 704) offers views of the Banderas Bay and the Islas Marietas from its gorgeous terrace and master bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling sliders open the living room up to the terrace for an indoor-outdoor living space that takes advantage of the lush ambiance of the 1,500-acre private peninsula. Casa Patri’s terrace also overlooks one of two private golf courses and an ocean-view pool to which the condo has semi-private access. The condo is only a three-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute walk to town and all the wonderful beach restaurants and shops. The condo sits near one of Punta Mita’s five famous surf beaches and includes its own brand new 6-seater golf cart to take you to all the fantastic full-service beach clubs.
