CASADONNARITA is widely considered one of the best condos on the Riviera Nayarit
45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Completely remodeled in 2020, it sits right on the sandy and swimmable beach Inside the gates of Punta Mita. Staying inside the gates provides you with access to 6 private ocean front beach clubs, 5 excellent surf breaks, and 2 Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses. This is a surfer and golfer paradise for the family.
This 2nd floor 3500 square foot condo is on the ocean, steps from the sand, surf, and pools. A short walk through a security gate or along the beach provides you with access to the Mexican village of Anclote (Punta de Mita) where you will find local shopping and international cuisine.
The condo was recently remodeled with updated insulation, ceilings, walls, art, cabinets, and a new instant hot water system.
Miriam is our fulltime Casera. She will do all the cleaning, laundry, and cooking for breakfast and a light snack for lunch or afternoon Donnaritas.
The condo sleeps 8 people, including kids. (More than 8 is not permitted).
Your rental comes with a new 6 passenger golf cart with surf racks (pictured). Surfboards and additional golf carts can be rented if needed.
You can also enjoy the miles of bike trails with the 4 bikes included with your rental.
You ll have access to the two Jack Nicklaus Signature courses, Bahia and Pacifico, world famous for its natural Pacific Ocean island green, called The Tail of the Whale!

Rental clubs are available
A fulltime concierge service is included with your rental. Your concierge will arrange airport transportation and greet you upon arrival. They can also book tee times, whale watching, restaurant reservations, fishing charters, surf boat trips, and snorkeling excursions to the Marietta Islands or even a day trip to Yelapa across the Bay of Banderas. This is high-end vacationing that your family and friends will remember forever!
