This boutique condominum (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The gourmet restaurant located in our building, Tuna Blanca – Cafe des Artistes Group By Thierry Blouet, provides mouth-watering super lunch and dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street. It is steps from one of the best family-friendly surf breaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home!
This Unit is a 2 BDR luxury suite right in front of the ocean. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a private bath. The second bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a private bath. There is a convenient guest full bath located in the main hallway as well.
Complete kitchen with top-level appliances, so if cooking is your thing — you’ve got the tools to do it!
